Role Purpose
The purpose of the ITAM Analyst role is to support the day‑to‑day execution of IT Asset Management by collecting, maintaining, and validating asset data, identifying risks and discrepancies, and ensuring that ITAM processes are followed consistently.
The role translates defined ITAM policies and processes into accurate operational data that supports compliance, cost control, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Normalization & Remediation: Use Flexera to identify and fix data discrepancies. You will ensure hardware models, serial numbers, and technical specifications are correctly categorized and mapped.
Discovery Health Monitoring: Monitor the health of Flexera agents and beacons across the global estate. Identify blind spots where hardware is not reporting and work with local IT to restore visibility.
