Technical Lead, Environmental Compliance
Location: Guelph or Oakville, Ontario (hybrid).
Compensation: $122,000 – $178,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Play a senior technical leadership role on some of Ontario’s most complex, high‑profile infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the trusted expert who guides owners, partners, and multi‑disciplinary teams through complex regulatory, permitting and environmental scopes.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of specialists while elevating technical excellence and building capacity across Canada.
- Provide technical oversight for all environmental components within alternative delivery pursuits and active projects, ensuring contractual requirements are translated into practical strategies and executable plans.
