What You Will Own
- Day-to-day technical leadership across the engineering team
- Turning CTO direction and product requirements into practical implementation decisions
- Code quality, review standards, testing discipline, and engineering hygiene
- Technical decision-making during delivery, including tradeoffs between speed, quality, and maintainability
