Senior Recruitment Consultant at IT Works Health LTD We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead  to provide technical leadership for a key workstream within the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP)  programme. This role will be responsible for shaping technical design, assuring solution quality, and ensuring the platform is implemented in line with NHS architecture standards, security requirements, and best practice. 
You will work closely with Delivery Managers, data engineers, architects, clinicians, and external suppliers to translate business and clinical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
