Job Description
The Technical Lead will be responsible for end-to-end technical leadership including migration from Dynamics 365 On‑Premises to Dynamics 365 SaaS online, technical remediation, integrations, and ongoing governance. The role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise solution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical design and execution of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and cloud migration initiatives.
- Own technical remediation activities, including unsupported plugins, workflows, JavaScript, customizations migration.
- Design, review, and govern integration architectures (e.g., APIs, middleware, enterprise systems) ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
