Job Description
Responsibilities
- Line Startup & Technical Ownership – Lead end-to-end startup, commissioning, and ramp-up of production lines. Act as technical owner of line performance and stability. Ensure systems meet URS, design, and operational requirements. Drive strong shopfloor presence during critical startup phase.
- Process Stabilization & Performance Management – Drive line stabilization to achieve target OEE, yield, and output. Identify and eliminate process variation and chronic losses. Implement robust process control strategies.
- Troubleshooting & RCA Leadership – Ensure structured root cause analysis (RCA) for downtime and quality issues. Ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented and sustained. Drive closure of recurring and chronic issues.
