Take on a key role in Mississauga as the Manager of Product Definition. Drive technical projects, oversee team performance, and manage budgets in a full-time, onsite capacity.
You will manage assigned tasks, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with various product definition groups across locations. The role involves reviewing and approving engineering change documents, providing essential technical guidance, and evaluating individual and team performance. Additionally, you'll play a significant part in mentoring team members and leading improvements in processes.
