Position: Technical Lead / Senior Developer

A brief Job Description : We need a hands‑on Technical Lead responsible for architecture, development, and validating technical stories.
Skills required and Qualifications :
- 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
- Strong, demonstrable experience with AWS services - Lambda, MSK/Kafka, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, or similar.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven systems.
- Hands‑on ETL pipeline development experience.
- Proficient in at least one of: Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms (MSK, Confluent, etc.).
- Able to operate across both technical delivery and stakeholder/programme engagement layers.
