Work Location: Islandwide, depending on projects Contract Period: 1 year Salary Range: $2,790 - $3,100 Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Job Scope Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors. Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models Attending to customers' enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain an inventory of tools, spa...
