We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager to ensure all technical, engineering, and construction aspects of development projects meet the highest standards. This role acts as an independent validation layer over consultants, contractors, and internal teams, driving compliance, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate designs, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by consultants.
Implement robust quality control systems aligned with international luxury standards.
Monitor site progress and quality of works against timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and issue technical reports on compliance, risks, and corrective actions.
