Position Overview
Technical Pre‑Sales Consultant – HPE in Ingram Micro’s Advanced Pre‑Sales team. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions to enable partners to deliver cutting‑edge HPE solutions across the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer business and technical requirements.
- Design and propose networking solutions using Juniper / Aruba (HPE Networking) technologies.
- Deliver customer presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical documentation including network designs (HLD/LLD), BOMs, SOWs, proposals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
- Provide technical consulting and support PoCs/PoVs, keeping solutions up‑to‑date with emerging networking technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
