Overview The Role 
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer to take a step into a new role as Technical Preconstruction Manager/ Bid Manager. The ideal candidate has on-the-ground knowledge of Drainage, Structures and/or Marine projects, along with an Engineering background. As the Preconstruction Manager, you’ll lead early contractor involvement (ECI), methodology development, and bid strategy, bringing together engineering, planning, and commercial teams to deliver winning solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing profitable work, ensuring buildability, managing risk, and setting projects up for successful delivery. 
Benefits $140,000 – $200,000 Base Salary (Experience dependent)
