Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bidding activities, evaluates submitted bids, and leads commercial negotiations with bidders. Handle key categories including construction projects, engineering equipment, preventive maintenance, and other technical goods and services.
- Prepare contractor selection recommendations and manage the contracting process in accordance with the company's established terms and conditions for external providers
- Prepare and manage key procurement documents, including tender reports, purchase orders, and notices to proceed, and processes requests for payment in accordance with established procedure.
- Monitor ordered goods, materials, or services and coordinates with end-users to verify that deliveries are completed as specified.
- Periodically evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards, performance expectations, and qualification requirements.
