Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Product Management, as a Technical Product Manager (12 month contract) you will lead the evolution of Cineplex Connect, encompassing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), account management, and payment platforms. You will drive critical modernization initiatives—including identity, account, MFA, and wallet capabilities—while ensuring performance, scalability, and security during peak traffic periods. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build a resilient, forward‑thinking platform that elevates the customer experience and supports continued business growth. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week) at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto. Key Responsibilities
