Intro
The Product Manager defines and articulates the features their specific product area in the ART. They work together with the Senior Product Managers (and Head of Product) to ensure the features meet the outcomes set. They are responsible for a specific pipeline of demand within the ART, and ensuring that all work delivers against KPIs owned by the ART. In addition, they will be responsible for working with Technology and Design leads at the ART level to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience is developed within the ART with a focus on their product area.
The Product Manager must posses robust communication, analysis and influencing skills, coupled with a sufficient understanding of business functions and business strategies. These expertise enables them to comprehend the possibilities within current technology, anticipate the impact of future trends on the ART, and effectively communicate with teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives. ...
