**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with large-scale data management.
+ Experience with quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness assessment techniques.
+ Familiarity with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes.
+ Knowledge of data quality metrics and KPIs for AI products.
