1. Role Summary
- Lead enterprise transformation using GenAI & Agentic AI , driving shift to AI first, autonomous operations with measurable business outcomes
- Own end-to-end lifecycle from strategy → operationalization → scaled adoption , ensuring enterprise-wide value realization
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Transformation Program Leadership
- Drive end-to-end AI-led digital/process transformation and define AI first Target Operating Models
- Deliver measurable outcomes across cost, productivity, cycle time, and customer experience
b. GenAI & Agentic AI Strategy
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI transformation use cases (copilots, agentic workflows, decisioning)
