Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing complex programs in a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Ability to earn the trust of engineering teams and to exert consequential technical influence over the management of risk, schedule, and scope.
