Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

This role is part of the Technology and Innovation Organization (TIO) and focuses on HP Smart Device Services (SDS), combining printing devices with cloud and data analytics to serve channel and direct service providers. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads cross‑functional teams and drives the SDS roadmap, working closely with go‑to‑market teams to increase SDS adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads the SDS program, coordinating multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Maintains a detailed backlog for platform strategies aligned to the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder needs.
• Develops and directs schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation, and other support requirements for SDS.
