Job Description

Position Objective


Lead the technical execution of Electrification Solutions (EES) R&D projects in Nanjing, with a focus on electrical infrastructure, electrification systems, and ventilation solutions.


Act as a key technical contributor and coordinator to ensure alignment with global R&D standards and support both global programs and regional project delivery.


Main Accountabilities


1. Technical Leadership

  • Lead design and development of: Electrical infrastructure systems (power distribution, MCC, substations)
    Electrification systems (BESS, EV charging, power electronics)
    Ventilation systems (fans, motors, VFDs)

  • Ensure compliance with Epiroc engineering standards and applicable regulations

  • Review and validate engineering designs, documents, and technical solutions
