Salary Range : up to ₱80,000
Work Setup : Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite
Shift Schedule : Day Shift
Location : Sucat and Pasig
Your Responsibilities
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of all teacher training programs. You are responsible for ensuring every session achieves a minimum 9/10 satisfaction rating
- Team Mobilization: Recruit, vet, and manage a high-performing squad of training team (Program Coordinator, Trainers, Emcee/Host, Zoom Operator, Creatives, etc). You ensure the right talent is in the right place, fully equipped, and WayMaker Certified
