Overview
Travel: Minimal. Managerial: No. Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (AM).
Leads and directs teams to deliver a unique, high quality product, service or product support result within a defined schedule, budget, quality and scope.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of our unit products from scoping, design, implementation, testing and deployment into production.
Lead all related customer activities, including negotiation, identifying CRs, training and other activities.
Work closely with implementation, R&D and product teams to deliver on time, on budget and on quality.
Mitigate time/resource constraints.
Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: High capability to understand Business requirements, estimate, and create a final quote.
Need to handle in times part of the implementation due to resource constraints.
Understand the product's capabilities and convey such knowledge to customers.
