Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple real estate technology projects concurrently, including CRM systems, listing platforms, property tools, dashboards, automation systems, and mobile applications.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering, planning, UI/UX coordination, development, testing, deployment, to post-launch support and enhancements.
• Review project objectives, workflows, user journeys, technical logic, integrations, dependencies, and operational limitations to identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and project documentation while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, vendors, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality execution.
