Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end IT hiring while also supporting HR and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment experience along with the ability to coordinate across teams and contribute to process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical roles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
Create job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Assist in onboarding processes, documentation, and employee records
