Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
  • Handles diverse requisitions on Telecommunications, Engineering, Financial, and IT positions.
  • Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.
  • Responsible for recruiting passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.
  • Direct communication with different Hiring Managers from start‑up companies to enterprise ones like Microsoft, T‑Mobile, Trueblue Inc, NHL, 343 industries, Amazon, Turn10, Symetra Financial, F5 Networks, etc.
