- Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Software Development Hiring)
- Level: Open to Mid Level & Senior (not fresh graduate)
- Location: Metro Manila, Cebu, or Bacolod (open to 3 sites)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Set up: Hybrid
The role is primarily remote; however, it requires someone who is willing and able to report onsite or represent the Recruitment team in person when necessary.
This may include:
- Meetings with clients and executive leadership who are onsite
- Marketing linkages & Recruitment hiring events or job fairs
- HR & L&D onsite onboarding/training Sessions
- Service interruptions
Also, given that this role is intended to represent Corporate leadership presence in Cebu/Manila/Bacolod region, there will be situations where the person will need to be onsite to ensure governance...
