Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through internal databases job portals and recruitment partners.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews via call or video to assess technical knowledge communication and attitude.
  • Evaluate experience trade test results and verify documents.
  • Coordinate with recruitment partners/agencies in India Nepal Pakistan and other regions.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
  • Maintain candidate tracking sheets and update daily recruitment status.
  • Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet client expectations in terms of skill experience and communication.
