  • Focus on Training (Technical and Managerial Training, Classroom and Online Delivery,

  • 2 weeks experience at Company’s premises in Argentina )

  • Extended technical training focusing on understanding drilling technology for exploration, geothermal and carbon capture and storage.

  • Industrial Exposure (Mill Immersion, Project Experience)

  • Periodic Evaluations & Frequent Follow Up (Bi-annual performance and potential appraisals, Individual Development Plans based on areas of improvement & strengths)
