Job Description

As a Technical Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Manage and develop solution sales activities across Belgium, mainly in Wallonia & Brussels.

  • Visit existing customers facing technical issues or requesting improvements to their installed systems.

  • Diagnose product or system challenges on site and identify the most appropriate solution.

  • Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with technical feasibility and customer needs.

  • Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

  • Identify upgrade, replacement, and small installation opportunities to support revenue growth.

  • Report activities and maintain accurate forecasting using the internal CRM.
