  • Delivery of budget with monthly phasing
  • Month-on-month forecast delivery by maintaining forecast accuracy above 80%
  • Demand generation activities like FM, FD, and Demo, ensure liquidation of inventory
  • Drive the required demand generation activity for revenue growth from the sales territory.
  • Manage the team of Field officers, training, action planning, on-the-job coaching, follow-up on field activities etc.
  • Channel management, target setting, monthly business review meeting, engage and motivating channels and onboard new in vacant BSAs
  • Regular update on market outlook, competition activities in his area
  • Developing NPI through demonstration and strong showcasing to growers, channel partners, and arhties (Middleman)
  • Execution of campaign activities and sales policies
  • Resource allocation in his area of work, placement of field officer, establishment of channel etc....
