Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for current market needs and development of the assigned territories
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new accounts.
- Must be able to perform baking demonstration and successfully convert targeted accounts.
- Process purchase orders and monitor until released to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, does troubleshooting and prepare necessary reports.
- Manage account receivables including collections and credit evaluations.
- Must be able to retain all current accounts in the handled area.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to new and current accounts by having constant visits and maintaining open communications for their needs and requirements.
