Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Support – Ground Support professional to join our Southeast Asia team based in Indonesia. This is a dynamic, dual-function role combining onsite technical support and sales/business development, working closely with major mining operations.

You will play a key role in supporting underground ground support contracts while also driving growth across the Indonesian territory through technical expertise and strong customer engagement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical & Site Support

  • Provide rostered onsite support (approx. 2-3 weeks per cycle) for ground support operations and contract management.

  • Ensure delivery against contract KPIs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
