Role Purpose
The position will be responsible for creating positive images of products, demonstrating value adding advantages of product to the customers and delivering high quality technical services to customers leading to increased product efficiency and reduced wastage
Main Duties
- Provide regular technical advisory services to customers
- Illustrate the characteristics and merits of products and better combinations of fabrics, machines, needles and other equipment to the customers
- Make presentations to customers on our bouquet of products and services and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate settings, adjustments of sewing machines to overcome breakages, puckering and other sewing related problems in the production floor
- Compute customers production cost & estimated savings from new services & products.
