Job Description:Job Overview
TE Connectivity's technical service support team manages many aspects sustaining of a product line for the Energy Americas commercial team, from presales technical support to creating new products and all associated documentation. The team works closely with product management, sales, customer care, engineering, and manufacturing. They are responsible for overall product support to sustain the product lines to help meet sales and profit targets of the business.
This is a full remote position based in the US. The ideal candidate is based in the Eastern time zone.
