JOB TITLE: Technical Services Engineer
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP 1), Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Driving Licence: Valid UAE Driving Licence required
Reports To: Operations Manager / Head of Department
ABOUT THE ROLEThe Technical Services Engineer will be responsible for handling site inspections, supervising technicians, preparing scopes of work, coordinating maintenance jobs, and ensuring quality service delivery for AC, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and renovation works across Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct site inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues related to AC, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Prepare scope of work, material lists, and job requirements
- Coordinate with technicians and supervise work on-site
- Ensure quality control and proper job completion
