Introduction:
Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, adjustment, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer sites.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and provide timely technical support.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Provide technical training and guidance to customers regarding machine operation.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
Travel to customer sites (both local and upcountry) as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, adjustment, and maintenance.
