ROLE / JOB SUMMARY: The Snr/ Technical Service Engineer shall be responsible to lead and perform the Field Services and manage the Project implementation of our Product and Solutions. He shall also be involved in the tender preparation for the Service function. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Attend project progress meetings with consultant, general contractor on technical service document submission. Perform and Manage installation, testing and commissioning, live cutover to site acceptance testing on our Products and Solutions during project implementation. Perform and Manage maintenance and support services including attending call-outs when activated. Conduct training for customer and internally to the service technicians in improving their skills and knowledge. Generate project and service documentation for tender submission.
