Responsibilities
Provide bakery and snack food shortenings and oils applications support to customers and the Bunge Oils' sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence.
Define the best way to support customers' requests, identify their needs and assist them in conjunction with sales.
Act as a connection to Bunge and assist in the technical training of Bunge Oils sales force.
Be responsible for the application details of projects that have been assigned.
Work with the supervisor to prioritize requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery of application support to key accounts.
Recommend sales leads qualification to the supervisor for distribution to sales.
Keep records and documentation of all correspondence.
