Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 
3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. 
3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales. 
Experience with web technologies (e.g., XML and HTTP). 
Experience designing data models or data warehouses using database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). 
Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region. 
5 years of experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows).
