Role Summary

This role focuses heavily on passive candidate engagement, market research, and pipeline generation for niche and high‑volume technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development — Build and maintain strong pipelines for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Solution Architects, etc.)
  • Passive Candidate Sourcing — Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X‑ray, GitHub, StackOverflow, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Stakeholder Management — Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles, and influence hiring decisions with data.
  • Candidate Engagement — Craft compelling outreach messaging and maintain high‑touch communication throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
