Construction of 120 TPH Sariaya Feedmill
Oversee feedmill site development works, including road concreting and canal construction, ensuring contractor execution in accordance with approved FCD drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
Reviewed and approved unified grounding (earthing) system designs and calculations, issuing technical provisions to ensure electrical safety, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Reviewed design submissions and monitored construction activities against approved drawings, P&IDs, and vendor documentation provided by equipment contractors.
Ensured proper integration of civil, structural, and process equipment works through coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, maintaining alignment with overall project requirements.
Monitored quality control and construction progress, verifying compliance with project specifications and approved methodologies.
