Job Description

You will engage Building and Construction stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end spec‑to‑sales support, manage project leads through to completion, provide consultative selling, and sustain a healthy pipeline to achieve sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Regular and periodic tracking and monitoring of specification pipeline and sales conversion.
  • Formulate and execute the segment strategy and value chain stakeholders’ engagement programs.
  • Plan and supervise the technical talks and presentations calendars to the project stakeholders.
  • Promote and upsell the premium tier products and best solutions for the projects.
  • Build strong and trustworthy relationship with project value chain members.
  • Manage specification pipeline process of the team, including involvement in technical and specification negotiation process with key stakeholders within the pipeline steps.
