Job Summary This role serves as the Technical Superintendent overseeing a fleet of ULCC/VLCC-sized FSUs and trading VLCCs, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence in technical management at Johor/Kukup, Malaysian anchorages and beyond. Responsibilities Ensure fleet vessels comply with Flag State, Port State, International Maritime authorities, and Class regulations to maintain operational legality and safety Develop and enhance the company's Safety Management System procedures to improve safety and operational standards Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of vessels' Planned Maintenance Systems, proposing improvements for continuous operational reliability Approve procurement of ship spares and stores within authority limits and coordinate supplies and services to support shipboard maintenance activities Engage and assess service contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective technical support Prepare docking specifications for quotations from shipyards and subcont...
