Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily technical operations of assigned vessels in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Plan and oversee vessel repairs, maintenance, dry dockings, and conversions within budget.
- Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, class, and statutory regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate surveys, inspections, certifications, and regulatory approvals with relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular vessel visits, prepare inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare operational and management reports for internal review.
- Monitor and control vessel operating budgets and related financial reports.
- Support training and development of crew members and office staff.
