Job Description

Job brief We are currently partnering with our client — a global leader in automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment — to recruit a Technical Support Engineer. This role will focus on providing on-site technical support for our client's core AOI optical inspection equipment, ensuring smooth operation, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients in the local region. Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Lead the on-site setup, calibration, and fine-tuning of AOI/SPI equipment. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and optical imaging issues. Recipe Optimization: Collaborate with clients to optimize inspection algorithms and reduce False Call rates. Customer Training: Provide technical workshops and hands-on training to client operators and engineers.
