Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
  • Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
  • Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
  • Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
  • Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
  • Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
  • Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
  • In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
