Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service regarding infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
- Replicate and reproduce customer issues in a lab environment prior to internal escalation.
- Develop and maintain core competency across the entire Nozomi Networks product line.
- Create and update knowledge base content to support solution positioning and customer success.
- Provide white-glove technical support for critical accounts and complex infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or systems engineering role.
