Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service regarding infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
  • Replicate and reproduce customer issues in a lab environment prior to internal escalation.
  • Develop and maintain core competency across the entire Nozomi Networks product line.
  • Create and update knowledge base content to support solution positioning and customer success.
  • Provide white-glove technical support for critical accounts and complex infrastructure environments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or systems engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, security protocols, and information security principles.
