We are looking for an
experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for
enterprise platforms across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves
incident management, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and supporting
mission-critical applications in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Provide L2/L3
    application support and troubleshoot production issues across enterprise
    systems.
  • Investigate, track,
    and resolve incidents within agreed service levels (SLAs).
