TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Technical Support Engineers with a software engineering background to support developers by investigating, reproducing, and resolving technical issues reported through support cases. This role applies software engineering skills in a case-driven environment, focusing on debugging integration issues and guiding resolution.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Own developer-reported issues from intake through resolution or escalation
- Investigate issues starting from external symptoms (e.g., failing API calls, unexpected behavior)
- Reproduce issues using:
- APIs
- SDKs
- test environments
- Debug integration-level problems across:
