Job Description

We are looking for a talented and data‑driven Technical Support Engineer – an energetic self‑starter and problem‑solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and support Optimove's production environment.
  • A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented).
  • Investigate and debug ETL processes.
  • Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).
  • Perform configuration management.
  • Create robust and scalable processes.
  • Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding technical skills.
  • Experience with SQL.
